Familiar people
Children bond with the people around them. That is why we make sure there are as many familiar faces in the group as possible.
Our team
Familiar faces who know your child
Your child is cared for by a small team: people who know your child, and who tell you at pick-up how the day went.
Who looks after your child
Familiar, trained and screened
Well trained
Our childcare professionals meet the training requirements of the CAO Kinderopvang. Anyone still in training works under supervision.
Screened
Everyone who works with us is registered in the Personenregister Kinderopvang (the national childcare register) and is screened continuously.
Responsible together
Agreements that protect your child
- Four-eyes principle. Another adult can always see or hear what is happening.
- Staff-to-child ratio. We match the number of staff in the group to the legal ratio. You can check it yourself at 1ratio.nl.
- Pedagogical coach. Our staff are continuously supported and coached in their work with the children.
Students
Colleagues of the future
Sometimes students training to become childcare professionals join us. They are also registered in the Personenregister Kinderopvang and always work under supervision.
